Payment
I accept payment via PayPal, as well as money orders and cashier's checks. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept personal checks or COD. If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check, please email me at sheri@beadedpalm.com with your order number and I will send you the address to send your payment. Once your payment is received, I will ship your order. I am only able to hold an order for 7 days before receiving a money order or cashier's check payment.

Please note: You are still be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express and your bank debit card when using PayPal even if you do not already have an account. You will be given the option to sign up for a new account during checkout.

Shipping
Two shipping methods are available: USPS 1st Class (3-7 days delivery time) for $4.50 and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery time) for $6.25. All orders over $50.00 receive free shipping (via USPS 1st Class). Insurance is included on all shipments. Orders are typically mailed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.


Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. I offer a 100% guarantee on all of my jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt of purchase for refund or exchange. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your items to obtain a return authorization (RA) number in order to process your return and receive your refund, if applicable. All original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. No credit or refunds will be given on returns without a valid RA number. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Please ensure it arrives safely back to me by packaging it securely and insuring if you wish, against loss or damage. I cannot offer a refund or exchange if items are lost or damaged.. Please note, I do not accept returns on custom, special order, clearance or sale items. Please email me at sheri@beadedpalm.com if you have any questions.

Guarantee
I guarantee every piece of jewelry I make against defects in workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. Should your jewelry break due to a problem with the design, I will gladly repair it free of charge if you return it with all of the original pieces. If any pieces are missing and need to be replaced, please note that some beads, pendants and findings are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. You will only pay shipping and insurance in both directions.
