Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When ordering a Bracelet, what size should I choose?
A: Please see the table below for approximate bracelet sizes. Many bracelets will fit differently, depending on the size of the beads used and the type of clasp. For designs using larger beads, you may wish to allow 1/8" - 1/4" for a good fit. You may measure for bracelet size by wrapping a cloth measuring tape or piece of ribbon snugly around your wrist. From this measurement, add approximately 1" - 1 1/2" to the size, depending on how snug or loose you like to wear your bracelets. Or if you have a favorite bracelet that fits you well, simply measure it for sizing. - Petite - 7 inches
- Small - 7.25 inches
- Medium - 7.5 inches
- Large - 7.75 inches
- X-Large - 8 inches
Q: What if I need my Bracelet resized?
A: If your bracelet isn't quite the size you need, just send an email within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to sheri@beadedpalm.com and let me know what you need. We will resize your bracelet for you one time for free. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
Q. How do I care for my Beaded Palm jewelry?
A: It is recommended that you store your handcrafted jewelry in air tight containers or plastic bags when not in use. If your jewelry contains silver, it will eventually tarnish, due to exposure to the elements and everyday wear. To clean your jewelry, I suggest using a soft treated polishing cloth for sterling silver. There are also cloths available for gold jewelry. Just gently rub the piece to clean. Do not use treated polishing cloths on semi-precious stones, crystals and other beads, as it may damage the finish of the bead. Simply use a clean soft cloth, such as chamois.
I recommend that you remove your jewelry prior to coming in contact with water such as bathing, washing dishes, swimming, etc. In addition, sleeping in your jewelry may cause excess wear and tear, so it is not recommended. Be sure to apply perfumes, lotion and hair products prior to putting on your jewelry.
Q: What if an item is out-of-stock?
A: Though most items are one of a kind, some pieces may be recreated, based on availability of materials. Just send me an email with the piece number you are interested in and I will let you know if this piece can be made.
Q: Does my order come gift wrapped?
A: Each piece of jewelry will be enclosed in a clear plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing, then placed in a pretty white gift box and wrapped in colorful ribbon.
